What is the NCOA Address Update?

NCOA is a process where we will look to the USPS change of address records and update your constituent records with their new address. Each constituent found to have a new or updated address will then have their record updated in DonorView. This process will also update the address formatting, including Zip + 4.

What is the Cost?

The NCOA Address update is normally $250 for a one-time update of up to 50,000 addresses. We are offering 20% off through 1/13/25 to help guarantee all of your constituents receive their year-end tax letters.

Customers who sign up for the NCOA Address Update before January 13th, 2025 will also be invited to join our End of Year Tax Letter webinar. The webinar will be offered on January 9th and January 14th at 4pm EST and will give you step-by-step instructions for creating your end of year tax letters for your donors. This will include identifying your donors by filtering the gifts grid, creating special views, updating your preferences on the cumulative giving statement attached to your letter, building your letter templates, and sending your letters via email or regular mail.
